where can i get an "in season" food chart

i used to have one, but it is lost
it showed all of the fruits & vegetables
(no nuts or seeds, tho)
and when they were at their peak season
it was colorful and displayed beautifully on my frig
(don't remember where i got it--over 20 years old)
when i wanted to know when a fruit was going to be at its best,
or when such-and-such vege had its peak season,
i just ran my fingers down the chart
DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE I CAN GET SOMETHING LIKE THIS?
looking forward to many responses
raw love to you

when i think of romeo i think of apple orchards.

used to live in sterling heights, and utica, and roseville, and grosse pointe - now i live in a2, or ann arbor, home of hippies and land of diversification and forward thinkers so they tell me.

don't forget to smell it. looks isn't everything (suppose you already know that about girls).

some of the most beautiful produce has no smell, so the 1st thing i do once it attracts me with its looks, is pick it up and smell it and feel it.

What? lol I don't sniff my girls before I pick them out. lol Yeah apple orchards. lots of them. College towns are fun. Is it a college town? That's what I hear from my college friends. Yeah if it doesn't smell sweet than it could be a load of crap like a really pretty girl who happens to be really mean. lol

Idea

Hi, I am very new at this forum thing. I wasn't sure how to start so I am replying to a thread I read. I want to know what all you raw foodies out there think about the various blenders available on the market. Since they cost so much money, I would like the opinions of people who have actually used them on a daily basis. I was most interested in the Vita-Mix but now I am considering the K-Tec - any feedback on either of these models or on othes?

Thanks,
Heather

Heather is a pretty name. Welcome. I have a really noisy oster blender. All the blenders I've had (4) are pretty trusty so I wouldn't worry that much about durability. Sorry, I'm usually no help.

i've had a vita mix for about 20 years and it's still blending,
but i can sense it's losing it's power
so i am definitely going with the k tec soon
it comes highly recommended from many raw food leaders

Just surfing my way round in here,Hello all Rawrers out there!!

well.i am new to this site and in hope that it will inspire me well.I live in Australia and up till recently sunfood diets werent heard of here, well at least not in my state. Now there are enthusiasts everywhere.,..Its GREAT!!!
I mainly surfin round for recipes and possible new sunfoods i havent tried..Any suggestions.?I loove all raw .YAY...I am a mum so i have children to impress.
My raw journey started awhile ago.I watched a student of mine over a couple of years slowly transition to full raw.She got skinny, pale, all of that detoxing symptoms etc...Now i think its 5 years later and she is gorgeous. Its been interesting watching the mental transitions too that people go through.I personally have learnt 'tolerance' is one of the biggest learning opportunity that becoming raw offers. Its all part of the magic of consuming healthly raw foods.A butterfly sat on my knee today, listened to me talking about 'transition' to a friend....Bless all!Zebell
