Vegetarian seeking support and knowledge. Oh and, hello everyone.
Everybody seems so friendly, which is really impressive. I can't wait to learn more about raw dieting from people within the community. I've been an ovo-lacto vegetarian for awhile (four years) and have been seriously considering rawism or veganism for the past month. I've given up most dairy products except for cheese and ice cream. I know that in the begining there will be some craving, but after awhile I'll get over it and grow to love other substitutes. I really don't know what I'm waiting for really, I guess I just need to read more about raw dieting / veganism as a final booster. I'm sure as I meet new folks, read more about dieting, and discover great recipes, I'll be able to alter my eating lifestyle.
Any suggetions, motivation, and/or welcoming? I love meeting new people!
