Hi Everyone!
I have been doing raw foods on and off for about 2 years now. I am definitely in an "off" phase and want to get back into it. I have been in WV for the past year, which makes it really hard to do raw foods - there is a huge lack of knowledge about raw foods, resources and support. (I lived in Chicago and NJ before this - both areas are so much more open to the idea of raw foods and even just holistic/alternative things in general).
I was doing good for a while here in WV b/c my boyfriend was attempting raw things with me. He left about a month ago to spend a year traveling, so I lost my support system for the time being

I've also had family and school things stressing me out, so its been lots of cookies and french fries for me lately! I finally decided to see if I could find some support online!
I would love some suggestions on things to get back into raw foodism - a fast/detox maybe? Some good winter foods? I lose so much body fat when on raw foods (yay!) that I am constantly cold, which is another reason why I have been eating more of the cooked foods lately.
