Hey everyone!
I am a very passionate rock climber.
I was vegetarian for 4-5 years, and I recently became vegan (3 months ago).
As soon as I became vegan, i tried the raw food diet after a friend told me about it. Well, I was uneducated and the detox/no energy phase soon took ahold of me and I dropped out.
But now that I have been vegan for 3 months, I am educated and back on track. I have been 99.9% raw for the last week, and I feel great! I am really looking forward to this lifestyle.
I really hope that in a few months I will be climbing at my peak performance. =)
