Recipes

[So New to Raw]

Dear Forum:

I had the pleasure of going to Bonobo's on 23rd in New York City. I had three dishes that I really liked. A nut pate, boy choy in a cream sauce, and a cauliflower in a sauce.

Does anyone have these recipes or recipes like these dishes?

I really would like to make them myself.

sorry, i don't have the recipies but they sound delicious.

there's another great raw restaraunt on east 10th street called quintesensse. it's the best food i have ever had roaw or cooked.

i recommend everybody to try it when in nyc.
