Hi I'm Laura and I'm from Michigan. I just think Raw is the way to go, but there's a huge problem for me, I'm allergic to raw fruits and veggies. MOST raw fruits and veggies I cannot have unless steamed, cooked, or frozen. If they are steamed, cooked or frozen they do not hurt me. I'm wondering if freezing is allowed in the raw food diet? I really don't know much about it but from what I do know it seems the benefits are HUGE and I'd love to try it.. I just don't know if I can. So if anyone has any info on if this could work for me please let me know
