Hi all. I'm a newbie to the raw thing. Just at it for a week now. I've gradually been going raw, as I learn what to make instead of what I was doing. I'm so inspired by your community, and I've made a few converts just by talking about my own decision to go raw. I'll need lots of help, so I look forward to being able to learn from you and then pass on the wisdom! Have a great raw day guys!!!!

Well hello there Tiger :O) You got me going I'm about 95% percent Raw. I have to figure out a few snacks and certainly need some preparation ideas.

How'd you do after our first raw food gathering? Any suggestions? Did you feel full afterwards?

Sorry! I've been working bonkers hours and haven't been here to post.. I've been raw for about 2-3 years now and very happy with that choice. I still get that "hungry" feeling at times, but I've gotten in the habit of eating something every 2 hours or so. nothing big. Just a few almonds or a small apple. I work in a nursing home so I have to kinda eat on the go. The more small snack type foods I take with me the better I feel and I don't really get to where I'm toally starving and I feel comfortably full most of the time.

That gathering was life-changing! The raw crusts were incredible. The Reed avocado was the best I've ever tasted. I am in love with raw pizza. Eating raw is the tastiest, most satisfying, eating I've ever done. Thanks for the inspiring food.
