Hola all,
I've been toying with Raw foodism since last winter, was 80-100% raw for about 3 months, but never gave up caffeine so I never reaped the entire set of benefits. After that I went macrobiotic until about a month ago and now back to raw (having kicked the caffeine habit on macrobiotic).
All I can say is "wow" so far... my OCD/depression has gotten loads better, I have unlimited energy and can endure strenuous exercise as long as I must, and in general it tends to enhance my mood!
Trying for 100% raw... we'll see how this goes!
