I would call it all just guestamates. If you eat about half raw you would be 50%. If 3/4 of what you eat is raw then it would be 75% and you can fill in the rest. No one will ever know exactly. It doesn't really matter. It's just a way to give another person some idea of where you are at with things at any point and a way to keep track for yourself. One percentage is not "better" than another. Everyone is just where they are, and as long as it feels right to you, it's right.
