I'm delighted to have found this forum
I have dipped my toes into raw food before and loved it but I have crohn's disease and find I need to avoid grains, pulses, nuts and seeds as they are way too hard on my digestive system. Although by choice I would be vegan, I find I need to incorporate fish into my diet and this works pretty well. Instinctively though I want to be raw, but I'm worried about the nuts and seeds. Even ground or pureed I can't tolerate them, so any ideas on how I could transition to raw would be gratefully appreciated
