Just keep eating until satisfied. If you experiencing stomach problems, look at what you are eating and the combinations. Are you eating dehydated food, too many nuts & fats, or fats with fruits/sugars?
It is hard to determine since you didn't post anything about what you are eating or doing.
I don't know what the dizzyiness could be - adjustments and detox are common and all kinds of symptoms can come up for you.
As far as your body rejecting cooked food, hallelujah!
