Hi all,
Just joined and I am in the process of cutting back on cooked food. I have tried raw in the past and did not do well. The first two or three days I was bouncing of the walls with energy then I crashed with a terrible cold(detox) and never felt great again. I was very tired and had no energy. I had felt a little better by eating a small amount of brown rice or tofu. I have been vegan for years and I do a large percentage of raw.
I am starting the journey again and hopefully I will have better results. I have ordered David Wolf's book and I can't wait to get it. I need to lose a few very unwanted pounds, I would love the additional energy as I am on the go from around 4 am. I am looking forward to the better health aspects!
