Hi,

I am back. And I am very happy that I decided to get back into Raw.
I did 4 months Raw in 2004 and felt SOOOOO good. After that I tried several times but did not succeed.
I am making the commitment with myself to do only raw again, starting with the month April.
I am working in a Mac and I do not know why but I cannot open the Journal page here, so I created for myself a blog so I can write down my adventure. Feel free to read it if you like.

I am starting April first, that is 3 more days to go.
I will also do more exercise to support my lifestyle choice.

Did your weight change at all during the four months you were raw? Also, did you experience any detox symptoms? If so, for how long? Thanks and good luck!
