Amused New to Raw in France
Hello,

I am an American Chef living and working in Southwest France. I have been reading about raw food and am interested in learning more about it. I mostly would like to experience it so I have some idea what it is about. Does anyone know where I may be able to find a restaurant that specializes in Raw Food in Southwest France or where I may be able to find a site that can point me in the right direction?
