The only carrot cake recipe I have has oat flour and i can't have oats.... do you have a recipe? I'd love to try carrot cake!

I made some crackers from adapting a recipe and using carrot pulp in it... I'm not very good at this yet, cause they were BLECKY. Good thing I am making very small amount of everything until I am sure of how to make things.

I made raw chocolate pudding tonight, it's yummy!

I also starting adding hemp protein in my smoothies, it's pretty good.

I think I might go make some carrot juice, I'm craving a smoothie with carrot apple juice and bananas

I added some kale to it the other night but I don't have a strong enough blender to puree the kale. I haven't tried any other greens yet though.

Here's my fav carrot cake recipe... only it has almonds, which are no longer truly raw. So try hazelnut or pecan or walnut, whichever you like!

Thanks so much! the carrot cake recipe looks great.... I'm going to try it this weekend. I use alot of brazil nuts (even though they are expensive) so I might try it with those. I also have a lot of almonds in the house, and so I probably will continue to use them up even though they aren't "really" raw anymore.
