hello everyone. I am completely new and this is a complete lifestyle change I am trying to undergo. I am trying to be more kind to my body and thought this only makes sense. However the nurse at my doctors office says it is very hard on the digestive system

BUT! I figure, it can not possibly be much worse than what I have going on. So I quit the Pepsi and hopped on board here. I am 37 and a mother of 4 (one of which I homschool). I have high triglycerides and cholesterol (some of which is genetiic/some diet), underactive thyroid and I have pernicious anemia. Otherwise- pretty healthy. Not sure where I even start......I am sure this site will be a huge help.
