It'll take time. It's common for people new to raw to both eat a lot out of pure hunger and turn to nuts a lot. In time this gradually changes, as people figure out how to feel full and satisfied, and also as our bodies get used to getting such great food. This is the beginning of the learning process for YOUR body.
So, for now, don't worry about the weight loss and focus on getting your body well-fed. Eat lots and lots of leafy greens, plus a very wide vareity of fruits and vegetables, as wide a variety as you can manage. That should be the bulk of your diet.
Oils, nuts, seeds and the like are great foods, very necessary, but try to keep them a smaller part of your day. If you're hungry for some, then have some, but each day try to focus more and more on how to get your body fed through veggies and fruits as much as possible.
It took me about 2 months to wean more off the nuts, and about 4 months to really notice a consistent decrease in the overall amount of calories I was consuming. I still eat less fruit than some, more nuts, seeds and oils than others, but I've found what works well for me, and that's what's important.
