Hello Raw Community:
This Way Of Life Seems So Right For Me. However, I Think I Over Indulge On The Almonds And Other Nuts. But, The Ease And Convenience Of Eating Raw Can Not Be Over Emphasized.
Right Now I Just Eat A Lot Of Raw Fruit And Dehydrated Fruit. Salads, Nuts, Seeds. Not Particularly Organic However, If There Is An Immediate Choice I Do Purchase Organic.
It Is Winter Time And By The Way (my Birthday 1/20) 51 Years Old, I Do Want Warm Foods Into A Raw Diet? Is It Possible? What About Teas And Coffee Are Those Things Allowed. I Really Need Direction because My Digestive System Just Loves This Way Of Eating. I Don't Know If I Will Lose Weight. I Know I Need To Lose Weight. But If I Could Just Get A Handle Of The Lifestyle I Know The Benefits Will Show In My Level Of Energy And Feeling Well.
