I recommend starting slow. Many people talk about transitioning, and it's much less intimidating.
Originally I was fully into the meats and cooked food, then last year started adding more vegetarian & vegan meals to my diet. At that point I felt I was ready to really figure out how to make raw work for me.
While going through that process with cooked foods isn't necessary, it's certainly easy to start adding more raw foods now. To transition, I made sure I had something raw at every meal. I still had my cooked vegan food, but I always had some kind of raw salad with it, and I replaced my cooked breakfast with a raw meal. Lots of people like smoothies (now I do salads).
That also gives you the opportunity to try new recipes, new salads, find new favorites. Start adding one raw meal a week, then increasing it.
Personally, since I'm hypoglycemic, I couldn't just go raw. It took time (and talking to the right people) to help me figure out what I needed to do to make it work for me. I also recognized I needed more iron and fats than many others, and really need a "nutrient boost" through things like adding superfoods.
These are things I learned about myself through slowly transitioning, finding where things worked, and also where thing's DIDN'T, and finding a solution.
Taking time to transition is very valuable! Also is asking questions - that's the way to learn!
