hello there everyone!
i am very new to raw foods. i just started about a week and a half ago and i feel wonderful, thank God. well, actually, i am not completely raw yet, i still eat a cooked dinner about 4 times a week so far. i read the book "the
raw food detox diet" by natalia rose and it's really nice to be able to transition yourself to the lifestyle first. i am loving my raw fruits and veggies and green lemonade in the daytime! i have lost a total of 6 lbs so far, actually i lost this in about 5 days and have been at a stand still now for about 5 days. i dunno. i just purchased the dr shulze intestinal cleanses #1 and 2. so i hope that will help with my detoxing and further weight loss. have any of you tried that? any body have any tips for me to break this plateau? im so excited to be here with like minded people. im slowly but surely introducing this way of eating to the hubby.
