New and Improved - Or Soon to Be
Hi cool community of raw foodies. I began a 60-70% raw foods diets a few weeks ago. I previously ate a good amount of fruits and veggies and nuts (tho not raw nuts) and eat gluten free so this is not a tremendous shift - tho does present some challenges. I also have a connective tissue disease and feel that my body needs at least small amounts of animal protein ( I was a vegetarian for 20 yrs) on a regular basis. Any insights and recommendations would be appreciated. TThanks everyone-Jill
