There are many good foods for artery health that I am sure you have learned about. One thing that I want to mention to you just in case you don't know: If you are on any blood thinners, be careful how many pumpkin seeds you eat. They are also very affective blood thinners and you wouldn't be wanting to thin your blood any more than the drugs your doctors prescribed for you.
If you want to get into a discussion about flax, omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, garlic, hawthorne etc. we can start a discussion on the main board - but you probably researched all this already.
