New to the Group
Hi. I found this group while searching to learn more about eating raw foods. I have experimented going raw off and on but realized that I need to research it more in order to achieve my goal of 80%raw. Last time I attempted this I started to notice hair loss--possibly because my diet lacked variety. But the hair loss was significant, it reminded me of all the hair I lost right after having each of my kids. Anyway, this way of eating makes so much sense to me that I want to learn more so that I can stick to it and possibly help others as well. I look forward to the journey!
