I need all the help I can get! I'm new to this!!

Hello! First let me say I am not a hateful person, this is just a clever nickname.
Ok now on to the important reason I'm here......I want to change the way I eat and how I feel. One of my friends went to raw foods and not only did he lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks but he said he felt better than ever. This is my main goal, to feel better. I just feel really bloated and tired all the time no matter what and I'm tired of it. I know it has something to do with all the awful food I'm putting in my body so I know it is my fault but I really want to make a change. I would really like some good tips for beginners and any advice you pros would like to offer. I'm all ears! Thank you so much!

hey man....
don't forget it's not just fodd affecting your bodies performance, it's all the other crap too. prescription drugs, pesticides, herbicides, and basically anything non organic that your body can absorb. addressing food is great, but don't be at all surprised once you get into it how much more conscious you become of everything that can affect you, your health, your healing abilities, etc.

Thanks so much...I gotta say....I have gone my first 24 hours eating raw and for me that is a huge deal. Well I guess I should honestly say that I did about 95% raw. I did eat nothing but fresh fruits and veggies with 2 pieces of veggie sausage. I have never eaten anything veggie before so that was a big step for me too. I grew up here in TN eating grease for a side dish basically and I want to feel better and lose weight. I have had a headache all morning but I've been eating...I "heard" it is because my body is detoxing...is that true? The hardest part for me is dinner because I am cooking for my two teenage sons and drooling at the same time. So the veggie sausage was my dinner last night with some fruit. I just can't think of anything I can eat...well on my budget. If you can help me at all I would really appreciate it! Can I give you my personal email addy so I can get your replies quicker? Congratulations and Welcome!

That's awesome what you're doing for yourself. You can dive in head first, or just start adding more raw food to your diet and go pick 1-2 days a week to be 100% Raw...increasing from there.

Either way, you ROCK for starting it. It only gets better.

i'm going to put in my two cents
GREENS! immediately invest in the book "green for life" by victoria boutenko, it made me 500% healthier. you will thaank yourself
green smoothies, wheatgrass juice, and kombucha. google those, i drink em regularly and they are great health supporters.
