New to this Site - Raw Food Chat

Hello All,
I am aspiring to learn more on how to eat properly, I just turned 40, and I need to re-educate myself on proper nutrition. Unfortunately, I have been going thru life being "programmed" to eat whatever the Master Marketers have proclaimed thru various media outlets, like a zombie, I want to live, and I am understanding that dis-ease, is the manifestation of wrongful thinking. I am looking forward to a new form of thinking, when it comes to what I put in my body.

Hello niothinc and welcome! You and I are basically in the same boat. I am just about 3 weeks into raw, coming from the SAD but I already know it's the smartest change I've ever made. This is a great place for you to be because there are a lot of great people here with a lot of good information, advice and support! Good luck!
