Amazed Need help with protein and blood sugar stabilization!

Hi everyone! I'm just starting to eat raw and have some questions.

I have had low blood sugar problems in the past and seemed to constantly need protein. I wanted to become a vegan but since I'm allergic to wheat and soy, I figured it was pretty much out. Then I was introduced to raw foods by a vegan friend of mine. I was so excited about how there was no wheat and no soy!

But, can I get a good amount of protein without getting too much fat from nuts? I'm just starting to implement raw foods into my diet. I'm nervous about eating so much fruit and juices. Won't all that cause a blood sugar spike, thus giving me a headache and cravings for sugar? My diet has consisted of animal protein several times a day to ward off the headaches, tiredness, and hunger. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced issues with this and if it went away on the raw diet, got worse, or what? Are there supplements I should take? I workout regularly too. FYI, I am a 34 y/o woman and at an average weight for my height.

When you feel your blood sugar is low you can drink a glass of fresh almond milk, eat tomatoes and avocado's, or you could eat carrots or beets or drink a little carrot or beet juice (not much or it has the same affect as high sugar fruits). Eating the right kind of fats is very good for you. You don't want to eat high sugar fruits they will raise your blood sugar fast and then it can cause your blood sugar to drop too low. It can be a vicious cycle of highs and lows if you are not familiar with what different foods do in the body. Weight is not as important as the health of your internal terrain. The right nuts in limited amounts can be very good for you. I have been studying Robert Young's works for over a year now and I still continue to learn new things. He studies what different foods do in and to the body and how it affects the blood. He has pH Miracle Books, a free newsletter at phmiracleliving, free articles at articles of health, and live talks on You Tube.
