Hi and welcome!
The great things is, there is no "right" answer to that! Many people believe that "raw foodists" are defined as anyone who consumes more than 70% of their food from raw sources.
I have been raw for a couple of months, gradually increasing my raw diet. The more raw I eat, the better I feel. Some days I eat more cooked food than others. I decided to "go raw" it was because of a diagnoses of fibromyalgia. My chiroprator suggested that a (mostly) vegan diet was best for me while initially healing. Dairy, meat (beef especially), most grains, and refined sugars are all inflammatories. I haven't eaten refined sugars in years, and I went gluten free several months ago. Going raw has been a huge adjustment in some ways, easy in others. So my goals are not to be a certain percent raw, but to find my optimum health. If that is 50 or 60 or 100% raw, then so be it. Every person is different and has different needs. It's all about listening to your body and meeting it's needs nutritionally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I think you'll find that most people here are pretty well-rounded in their philosophies and so the topics vary from raw foods to other things as we all travel the road of life.
Oh, and you usually get more than just my 2cents, I tend to give a bucks worth!
I hope this helps, and congrats on working towards optimum health for yourself.
