Figs and Calamata Olives will start cleaning your lungs. You will start getting a lot of mucus and congestion up with these two foods.
Also, there is a product called 'lung power' (I believe). I purchased one years ago. You breathe in and out through it and it adds resistance to your breathing. It is primarily for endurance athletes and singers. It will strenthen and clean your lungs.
Also - just focus on breathing out. Empty your lungs fully several times a day. This will start to clean your lungs naturally. And anything you can do to clean the air in your environment will help (i.e. oxygenating plants, etc...)
