Question Little School Lunch * HELP*

Dear Fresh Food People,

My 5 year old daughter is so addicted to bread. It is bread what gives her a full feeling. Her school too has a strong bread-baking culture. Still I think the sooner I switch her lunch to raw food style the better.
Her little brother loves bread too, but with him I see clearly: more bread=more flu and fever.

What would make a great or nice schoollunch, making her feeling full?

I would like to have as simple as possible ideas for food for children, either travelling or on school breaks.

Thank you for responding!

Hi thanks.

Right now i feel i mainly have to get rid of the enviromental pressure. Most energy goes into educating the childrens father and the teachers and parents of friends of the children. everyone stuffes their children with weath and all kinds of stuff, totally not aware of the connection between this behavior and the flu and the coughing and the fevers... Im not planning to explane about that, people tend to get mad...I just tell them my children have allergies, and to those whom i feel to be open minded i love to chare knowledge: not to try to convince them to follow my path, just to inspire them to observe for them selves!
I wish i could be alone with the kids just untill their natural taste has recovered and then relief...

We homeschool and don't do a lot of field trips so lunches are mostly at home. I like the Bento box idea. I did something similar when my kids went to day camp. I got mini Lock & Lock boxes and filled with all kinds of things.
