Hi,

My name is Lisa and I live in southwest Georgia. I am just beginning my quest for a Raw Food lifestyle. In May I will get my certification to become an instructor with Alyssa Cohen.

I am almost 52 years old. I have 4 wonderful children and 4 grandchildren.

I am looking forward to my new adventure.

Welcome, Lisa! I'm new to raw, also (started at the end of March). I have Alissa's books and DVDs, they helped me a lot to understand the basics of raw. Good luck!
