Hello everyone...im a native angelena. I am on my 5th day of raw foods. I have given myself a 30 day goal with the intention of making it a lifestyle...i am 30 and work extremely long hours therefore do not have much time to "cook" so i usually prepare some type of salad at the office

not always the most delicious dishes...
i am having a hard time figuring what foods will keep me fuller longer. I tried making a wildrice medley by soaking the wild rice for 3 days but the water got bubbly and it smelled bad...any ideas of great raw foods for protein...
