Hi Tammy,
I agree with you - there is a lot of confusion out there! Since I cannot tell you which is the best route to take, I'll give you some insight as to what I would do healthwise if I was in your situation:
* First, I would be praying for guidance in the direction to take for a long healthy life.
* I would go 100% raw vegan immediately. No animal products, except honey for me. Cooked food produces an acidic environment in the body which is a breeding ground for toxins.
* I would seriously reduce my fat intake. Toxins do thrive in fat cells, and if the fat is good or bad, too much is not good in the body - I'd keep my intake at or under 10% calorically.
* I would seriously reduce my protein intake. Many studies have shown that cancer is reduced when protein in take is lowered. See the book,
The China Study
* I would avoid cooked grains and other acid and mucus producing foods
* I would get a juicer and juice greens and fruits. Personally I'm not concerned about fruit sugar through juiced or whole fruits. I believe cancer doesn't like processed/refined sugar.
* I would work-out at least 30 minutes a day to help my blood move through my body and heart quickly
* I would do a number of cleanses and fasts to help flush out any toxic residue from the chemo and other medical therapies that may have damaged me:
1) Colon cleanse - possibly hydrocolon therapy
2) Liver and gallbladder cleanse
3) Kidney and bladder cleanse
- These cleanses can be found through Dr. Richard Schulze. He used to offer an "incurables" program but I'm not sure if that is still available. He's been in many lawsuits for offering alternative healing.
