It could be a couple of things. One is that you could still be detoxing. Another could be that you're getting a sugar crash.
I cannot eat things like beets or carrots (among other things) because I get a nice sugar high, but then a crash later, which not only tires me out, but also affects my mood.
Try taking the fruits out of your morning juice (lemon with water is OK) and see how that does. Also, I find that I do best with fruits as an afternoon pick me up, so I have berries at that time.
Another thing could be a food combining issue, as differeent enzymes are needed to digest veggies vs. fruits, and they digest at different rates. Generally fruit should be consumed on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after eating veggies. If you have to eat them at the same time (though not ideal), you should eat the fruit first.
Are you eating the same thing every day? It really is good to mix things up and get a wide variety of produce. I like the book Rawsome! by Birgitte Mars as it lists all the nutrients we need and what foods have them. I use that as a guide to make sure I'm getting all my nutritional bases covered, trying to eat something from each category at least a couple times a week.
I find superfoods help a lot. I really love using Pure Synergy, a green superfood blend, which is really nutrient-dense. It also has a lot of vitamin B-12, and you might be missing that from your diet. I find I need to take some Pure Synergy every few days or I just don't feel right. I'm working to get everything balanced from whole foods, but in the meantime, it sure does help.
