You may find meat easy to give up. Once I stopped eating it, I never went back! It's been 7 years for me, I haven't had any kind of meat, poultry, or seafood. I never went back and forth with eating animals. Dairy and processed sugars were more challenging in my walk.
Also you don't have to give them all up at once. You can try, and then if it's too hard, try again, releasing meat for 2 weeks, dairy for 2 weeks, processed foods for 2 weeks, etc. making sure you are *adding* lots of raw at every meal.
Sometimes it's easier to give it all up "cold turnip" while other times it's easier to give up once group of damaging foods at a time. See which one is better for you.
