i'm new to raw
hi everyone,
i've decided i want to go raw and i'm slowly learning more and more about this way of life. I have made a slow, but short, transition to eating mostly raw throughout the day. I'd say I pretty much eat raw until dinner, then I make the choice whether I'll have one cooked meal, or keep it raw all day. I'm trying my best to eat atleast 80% raw until I am ready for 100%. I am really excited about this, but I wish I had a friend who was doing it to.
I want to be as healthy as I can, trim my body of excess weight that I have been struggling for the past few years to lose, and to be in touch with the way of eating that we were meant for. I hope I can do it, any tips or suggestions would be so great.
