Ha, I wrote everything down in my profile, so now I feel like I have nothing left to say.
I am really not all that interesting anyway. I am a stay at home mom whose main focus in life right now are dishes and laundry.
I started transitioning to raw last August by eating fruit along with my eggs and bacon. I started weaning out the SAD foods one by one month by month until I lost the desire for them. I am mostly 100% now except for the occasional slip. There are day when it is very difficult to cook something for my fam and not eat some too because I am tired and hungry myself, and food is just sitting there on the table. It never tastes as good as I thought though, and I always vow to never do it again. LOL.
