Hi there :)

A big raw hello from Croatia!
Im totally new to raw as i actually am to vegan also.Ive been a vegetarian for 8 years, since my 15th but a vegan only couple of months and raw vegan for 3 months now, although not 100%
I have soooo many ups n downs n so many questions cause its still kinda new to me,atractive n totally natural i must say, but on the other hand i want as many information i can get, scientific stuff or real experiences to be sure,n to really know the answer to all those why questions, not only feel it (in order to survive my surroundigs)Dou you know what i mean?Inner experience is just not enough sometimes (for most people..) as an argument.
Here there still arent real books related to raw food n only resource i can (cause i must) rely on is internet.
But there are again so many different opinions n its draving me crazy.Esencial body fats, grains n beans,b12 omega3 etc.Although i really read a lot, another extra opinion would be greeeat

Anyway im happy to be here,n would be very gratefull for any kind of advice

I'm not sure what your questions are, but welcome to the board!!.

You mentioned B12, b12 comes from the bacteria found on our plant foods. When we wash our veggies we are washing off the bacteria, the ony other way to get B12 is from animal products(Which I wouldn't suggest) or B12 Supplement.

You can get your Omega 3's from hemp seeds

Some beans are edible when sprouted, such as lentils, there are some other beans but most of them are very hard to digest.

I'm not sure if these were your questions but I hope this will help...

Thank you both n thank you docsharp for your answers !
Oh,they werent really questions ..i was planning to ask that somewhere else, but now that you answered..
I know the B12 story, the exact same one but considering the fact i dont like it too much (cant help it) im still hoping for new answers, last thing i ve read is what a huge part greens actually clorophil plays in balansing of b12,researches in Russia right..?Im waiting for the latest news..
About hemp seeds,we dont have it here but im relying on flax seeds n flax oil, although ive recently read that its better to use hemp than flax cause it might cause an imabalanse in EFA...i m confused?!a bit
I dont worry much for beans (although i still like them...) cause i think im quite convinced now that proteins do not have to come from them, still,B complex in grains ? Are there really all the B-s (ofcourse except B12) in fruits n veggies? I cannot find anny kind of chart or a list.
Energy comes from fruit, thats fine also.
But the reason im asking this question-grains- is cause i completely stopped earing them n i have cracked lips-for the first time in mylife.N its really bad...Ofcourse our blender also stopped working which means i dont drink green smoothies until it will be fixed-can that be related?? But i eat greens every day, normaly, kale, spinach and other green stuff (dont know all their names in english)
This has become an essay,im sorry

b12

Hi,

My advice is to have a b12 supplement anyway. At a certain point, eating the ideal human-diet (raw, vegan) you will get vibrantly healthy. As time goes by, people will wonder how you do that and be inspired by you. Therefore I suggest to do the sure thing. What does it matter that someone grows b12-bacteria for you and me? All of the greens and fruits I dont grow myself too.

Good luck!

hey all you b12 supplement takers, what brand of b12 supplement do you recommend? cause i was looking for one, but wasn't sure which one to get. some of them looked like they might get the b12 from animals. trying to find one that's plant based.

I would suggest E-3LIVE it's the best product I ever used. Here is a description:

E3Live boasts exceptional levels of chlorophyll, protein, vitamin B12, amino acids, beta-carotene, iron, enzymes, and many more harmonious nutrients that are in a form that is easily assimilated into your body.

As a result, E3Live AFA can help you increase energy, correct imbalances, oxygenate your cells and help you have high levels of physical and mental health.

I believe you can purchase E-3 live from Rawguru.com
