Hi Everyone
I am not quite new to the raw diet. I had previously been on it for two months and felt great and lost weight etc, but my "old" mindset about food sabotaged me and I went back to eating the SAD. Bad move on my part. I have found that my aches and pains have resurfaced and depression and loss of energy has taken over. In general this sucks. I also suffer from an underactive thyroid which makes the depression and fatigue even worse.
I have been a vegetarian for 6 years, but never a vegan and certainly never raw. I am committed to staying RAW and gaining my sanity, energy and zest for life. I will definitely need help and hopefully that is where you guys will come in. Yours in RAW food J.
