Hi All,
I'm new to trying Almond milk and made a gallon of it 3 days ago.
The kids tried it and well.... it didnt go over great. Next time I will add the dates to it

Meanwhile is there any way to redeem the milk that is seperated? It is creamy white on top, clear yellow in the middle and some thicker looking white on the bottom. I'm thinking there has got to be something I can do with it. sigh.... back in the old SAD days I would take soured milk and make cookies. I dont know what to do with it now. I'm open to suggestions
