I am earthchild2, new to raw food (100%) after 6 years as vegetarian, and 6 months vegan, I finally completed the journey. I must say though that rw food diet leaves me with not enough calories to stay active and agile. I also visited some raw food restaurants, and I must admit, watching them eat that stuff wws gross. I mean, the prepeard gourmet foods were like dried cow dung and baby vomit. and I just grossed out. I merely eat fresh vegegies and fruits simple, but I need lots of calories for my active lifestyle, and I can't seem to get enough!!!!!
