Hi Everyone!!!!

lavalocks here..Just had my Vitamix arrive a few days ago and I am hooked!!!! i have a yard full of golden pineapples I have been juicing and my neighbors grow the most incredible greens. After a few days of raw foods I was feeling terrific, better than ever. I took a few days off and fell back on the cooked food routine. I am now down on the couch with NO energy at all!!!!! Tomorrow, I am back on raw...me and my Vitamix....forever!!!

Looking forward to meeting everyone here.....LL.....
