you can do it! couple of things that help me in hard times
desire - something you want
temptation - something you want that will create temporary happiness but has a known negative affect in long term.
do you want temporary happiness, or can you wait for the awesome pay off in the end.. looking at the bigger picture helps pull me out of the temporary state of temptation.
also... thinking about cooked food stealing my enzymes for ever helps. thinking about eating something dead helps (yuck)... hmm those are my helpful negatives.
positives: no health insurance, no dis-ease, lighter, most amazing foods on earth, superfood = superhuman!, overcoming or stepping up to the challenge, paying close attention to inside myself... listening to my natural intuition. the body never lies.
