Hi everyone!
I am ready to take the raw path and I am glad to find a community of like minded people to share it with!
A little about myself...
I am 40 years old, married 8 years to a wonderful man (even though he would happily live on kraft dinner and weiners the rest of his life! LOL!) and the proud mother of a 15 year old son. I have 3 very spoiled cats as well.
I work as an apprentice commercial plumber and gasfitter, but prior to that career jump, worked most of my adult life in the natural heath food and supplement industry.
I find myself in a rather bad state of health currently, and I know that primarily it is my poor diet that is to blame....
I am overweight, in constant pain from head to toe and I am a very poor sleeper. That my job requires very heavy lifting and exertion only makes the pain worse.
Since I like my job, and I love my family and want a great quality of life and health, I have decided to take my health into my own hands and make the transition from mostly cooked to mostly raw foods. I am sure that this is the key to changing my current sorry state of health!
