Making sun tea is considered raw, however what you make the tea [u]with[u] is really the issue. Commercial teas are heated, fermented and otherwise processed. Try making tea from fresh mint, chamomile or other fresh herbs. I absolutely love black tea, particularly the blends from Peet's, but alas, they are all heated, so it's really a personal choice whether or not to indulge. At this time, I don't.
