Thanks for the support response. I am struggling less then I was then.
I have found most Raw Foodist recommend a slow transition and all are very supportive and against the guilt stuff. Just do the best ya can and feel good about that.

I did 10 days of total Raw and feel great. This Mother's day weekend however, well....................I ate some not so raw stuff but, I'm okay with that. I feel good about what I've been able to do and my moods have gotten better and my anxiety reduced.
I'm always weight concious and trying to not be so focused on that because, I can be/get obsessed.
I am focusing on or trying to stay focused on better physical, mental, and emotional health.
