Hi.
I am in the process of a one month raw detox - which very well may stretch beyond the one month mark. Week one I went 80 percent raw and now in week two I am aiming for 90 percent raw.
My cravings have been mostly controllable but I just feel like I am eating so much fat - I know its the good fat - but still.. I've been cooking from the RAW FOOD cookbook and making tons of things with nuts in them. Could I be eating too many nuts?
I went to the grocery store and picked up some aloe vera juice but I have no idea if its raw. Does anyone know? I also bought Acai Berry Sorbet (
http://www.belizza.com) but am not sure if it is raw. Are any sorbets raw?
