Potential tooth problems
Hello Collected Wisdom,
I have been about 90% raw since about Jan 1, and it's going great. I have better memory, I can function on less sleep, I'm regular. And the detox symptoms weren't bad at all. I did break out in eczema that I got under control with a pair of rubber gloves for washing and coconut oil internally and externally. I also have been reading Conscious eating by Dr Cousens - found out that I'm a fast oxidizator so that means more protein. I have also increased my fruit intake - I have 2 bananas, an apple, and one or two pears followed by a green smoothie. I seem to have developed some teeth sensitivity to sugar. My teeth are becoming sensitive to biting down on apples and pears. Something that I have never encountered before. Does anybody have any experience or tips to get my pearly whites back in tip top shape?
