Question Kitchen Tools

Hello everyone!

I'm in need of divine intervention here!!
I've gone through 2 food processors and 1 blender! Lately, I've been doing my best cutting, chopping, and chopping, and chopping manually. So I'm trying to find the best tools to buy. I'm looking at Vitamix. Any advice? What tools have worked best? Can I do with just the Vitamix or BlendTec? Do I need a food processor? And if so, which one should I get that won't break the next time I'm preparing nut burgers? Thanks for your feedback!

I have a TotalBlender, it's honestly awesome. I use it about 3 times a day. In the morning for my spirulina shake. My post-work hemp protein, frozen berries shake and at night for my blended salads. Each requires different speeds and this accomadates them all. I also have a saladacco? But since I blend most of my salads, I don't use it much but it works awesome.

I'm thinking of buying a Cuisinart as my next food processor. I read somewhere else that they're the only company that sells replacement parts and they're right. Their motors are also good and strong but I'm looking at ones that will handle bread dough because that sounds extra durable to me.

Take a good look at that Vita Mix! Expense? I bought mine when I had 7 kids at home. (now I have 6 still at home!) This machine is awesome and we use it everyday! I've made nutbutters, milk, smoothies, raw veggeis in and soup is the result if left too long! This machine is worth it Nope! I dont get paid to say it.
You might also want to go to their website.. You can buy a refurbished for a little lower price and still get an awesome machine!

There is another great thread on here about stocking your kitchen with the proper equipment..lots of details there.

It's titled "Tools to Use"

Just search for Kitchen Tools and it should come up.
