
Friday will be the end of a 3 wk. detox with my naturopath. LOTS of fruit & veggies. The fruit isn't a problem, but the veggies just want to be cooked! So, I'm looking at my raw food bood, thinking I should try a few recipes/wk. Any advice on best place to start?
Also, When my blender dies, should I buy a VitaMix?
Do you all have juicers? Dehydrator?
