a high fat diet is not healthy, especially when it involves unsprouted nuts and seeds. your diet should i deally be only about 10% fat, and a good part of that from avocado and cold pressed oil. i would up the intake of greens into your diet in the form of green smoothies which really helps cravings for heavy foods, and generally try and eat as much fresh food as you can, and avoid eating in the evening. hope this helps!
